About Our Store
Alpaca Products Just for You
The store is filled with a large variety of items. Some are handmade by us. Harvest Host visitors have produced some items for us. Peruvian artisans have produced a lot of our products. Yarns are produced at a mill in Fernley, NV about 25 miles from us, while the woven products are made from our fiber at a shop in TX. I'm sure you will find something you just can't live without.
Care of your items:
Since these products are 100% alpaca, please hand wash or use the delicate cycle of a spin washer. Do NOT use an agitator type washing machine. Lay flat to dry. Or use the Dryel home dry cleaning system. Not all laundry or dry cleaners know how to clean Alpaca fiber products.
Shipping:
Free shipping and handling is included in the price of each item. Your order will be sent within 2 days of your order via USPS Priority Mail and will get to you within 3-5 days after shipment
Refunds/Returns:
Refunds will be provided if you are not happy with your purchase or if it is damaged upon arrival. You may return the product, at your expense, if it is within 7 days of receipt and the item has not been used or worn.
