Per a Genetics specialist at the UC Davis Camelid Symposium, we have bred Maggie to our true black, Skyline's Black Velvet and are anxious to see the results.
Update: May 2013 We love Maggie's little girl cria, Wamara! She has a white face, white stockings with brown stars in the middle of each. Really cute little girl! She does NOT have the blue eyes, nor is she deaf like her mom.
Maggie is again bred to Black Velvet for a 2014 Cria.
We will offer financing if you need that option. However, we reserve the right to keep the animals (at your expense) until your contract is paid in full. You will be charged a per diem fee (negotiable) while your animals are still on our ranch. You will need to carry your own insurance on the animals you purchase. 35% down, interest at prime rate plus 1%, payments will depend on length of time financed.
